Combi, system or regular?
A combi heats water on demand and suits most smaller homes with one bathroom. A system boiler works with a hot-water cylinder and suits homes with more than one bathroom. A regular boiler also uses a cylinder and usually has tanks in the loft. We'll tell you which suits your home after we've seen it.
Getting the size right
The right boiler depends on the size of the home, the number of radiators, the number of bathrooms and how much hot water you use at once. Bigger isn't always better.
What affects the cost
The boiler model, whether it's moving position, the flue, gas pipe and condensate work, system cleaning and the controls you choose. We explain the quote before any work starts.
